Wayne Wisniewski P.E.

Founder

Wayne is the President and Founder of Assent Energy Partners and is a seasoned, hands on leader with a history of improving efficiency and ensuring disciplined, lean, low cost operations. Wayne has over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry and has a passion for transforming operations and business performance. He is currently President and CEO of a public, cross border oil and gas company where he built an operating team and over 5,000 barrels of oil per day thru acquisitions and organic growth, including implementation of a new horizontal conventional oil play. In the past year, he reduced G&A and debt over 50%. Mr. Wisniewski was previously an executive with two major oil companies and ran onshore well operations for 15,000 gas and oil wells producing over 200,000 boepd (oil and gas) in assets across the southwestern US. He also has offshore and international experience and was Country Manager in Australia responsible for development of a new onshore tight gas resource. Mr. Wisniewski holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. He is a professional engineer registered in Texas and Oklahoma and is a member of SPE, SPEE (Petroleum Evaluation Engineers) and TIPRO.

Clint Wisniewski

Title

Clint has a wealth of engineering and operational experience and specializes in risk and project management and leading safe and compliant field operations. Clint spent the last three years managing on-site operations in Texas and North Dakota and has operational experience in most US basins. While at BP, Clint was responsible for benchmarking and efficiency studies across the US and rolling out North America Global well practices designed to mitigate risk and improve efficiency. While at BP, Clint completed the “WellSite Leader of the Future Program”. He started his career as an engineer with Halliburton in Vernal Utah. Clint graduated with a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and lives with his wife, three children and two dogs in Katy Texas. When his isn’t working or wrangling dogs or kids, he can usually be found at the gym.
